New Staff Joins Phoenixville Homes
Phoenixville Homes is pleased to welcome John Piechota to the staff of Phoenixville Homes. John is the new Facilities Coordinator and brings to his position over 18 years experience. He spent over 20 years working for HCI, Inc., an international marketing company. Many of you may be familiar with the HCI company as they sold the Silkies brand of women’s pantyhose. John managed all of their North American locations.
John’s responsibilities will include oversight of the facilities department and he will be working to assure all the Phoenixville Homes managed properties remain safe and efficient for the residents.
John is excited to help Phoenixville Homes in his role as Facilities Coordinator because he believes the facilities department provides a vital service to the communities at Flag, Freedom and Bard.
John lives in Pottstown with his wife, Monica and their two children.
Beverly Sarduy is the new Service Coordinator who will be working with residents of the Bard Complex and the Flag House for approximately 24 hours a week. Beverly works with residents who need help remaining independent in their home. She will connect the residents and their family to available resources that will meet the individual needs of each resident.
Beverly also works part-time as a life coach. In this position she assists disabled and elderly people with general life issues. Previously, she worked for Residential living Options in West Chester helping peope with disabilities find housing and needed services.
When she is not working, Beverly cheers for the Eagles and enjoys riding around town on her motorcycle. She is an active member of Valley View Community Church in Audubon and supports the Good Samaritan Shelter. Beverly lives in Phoenixville with her 18 year old son who is a senior at Phoenixville High School and her three cats.
